For decades, the founders of Independent Living Pros, Andrew (Dave) Morris and Zach Kracker worked on the front lines of safety and accessibility — helping people stay independent, secure, and confident in their homes and workplaces. Through years of conducting safety inspections, installing access equipment, and designing practical home modifications, they saw firsthand how a single fall could change a person’s life forever. After spending years in the industry, the two founders recognized a gap: too many people were being offered temporary fixes instead of thoughtful, long-term safety solutions tailored to their real needs. They believed prevention should come before crisis, and that every person deserves to feel safe navigating their own environment. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science from Baker College and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking from Stark State College. His background in information technology and networking has helped the company implement modern tools for scheduling, communication, and quality control, ensuring that projects run smoothly and customers stay informed from first visit to final walkthrough.
Andrew Morris
Andrew first entered the sales field in 1994 as a commissioned in‑home representative for Erie Construction. Over the next ten years, he became the top local salesman, year after year. That success was driven by a simple approach: listening carefully to homeowners, understanding their goals and concerns, and providing clear, practical solutions.
